Primary purpose: Support and ensure successful implementation of program requirements. Gather, interpret, and analyze information/data and develop actionable steps to ensure programs and processes effectively and efficiently meet established goals. Collaborate with partners and clients (e.g., Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services [CMS], Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC]) and relevant team members to coordinate, plan, and implement the public reporting of performance results for quality reporting and value-based purchasing programs and initiatives. Research program goals and manage program scope. Create written materials for contract deliverables. Contribute to validation activities for client projects.
A successful candidate will:
- Take the initiative to collaborate with team members to plan and implement project work, including creating project deliverables (e.g., correspondence, reports, manuals, publications, educational content for industry engagement)
- Maintain reference/background website content for all supported public-reporting websites
- Validate project deliverables (e.g., calculations, datasets, reports, publications, websites)
- Review website content, including datasets, data-collection dates, and other static documents, and log the findings into a web-based interactive issues-tracking tool (such as JIRA)
- Elicit upcoming website updates for quality reporting and value-based purchasing program's data as well as communications, document creation, quality assurance, and inquiry responses
- Lead meetings with clients, management, and staff to ensure project execution
- Coordinate with development teams for timely execution of business requirements and enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with quality-of-care programs through CMS or other healthcare entities
- Experience performing user-acceptance or quality-assurance testing
- Strong leadership skills and a team-player orientation
- Experience facilitating meetings with diverse audiences
- Experience with customer service and inbox-response coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to successfully complete a federal Position of Public Trust background investigation
