Pay Range: $19.75/hr (based on experience and skill level)
Here's a Glimpse at What you'll Do:
As a Panel Builder at Lantech you will:
- Work with a team in the production of electrical enclosures / panels. This includes enclosure/panel machining. This includes component mounting and panel wiring using a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Occasionally support Team Leader to trouble shoot and diagnose electrical quality issues.
What are we Looking For? (Requirements)
We are look for someone who:
- Has two years of experience with electrical assembly / panel wiring and / or with electrical troubleshooting / diagnostics.
- Has proven experience with problem solving and trouble shooting.
- Is able to read electrical schematics.
- Is able to follow standardized work instructions.
- Is able to wire panels.
- Is a responsible individual, self-starter and able to work independently.
- Is detail oriented and able to work effectively within a fast-paced production environment.
- Possess strong electrical knowledge and have good trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
- Is safety conscious.
- Is customer focused with a strong commitment to quality and the production schedule
- Is willing/able to work overtime to complete projects and meet scheduling deadlines when necessary.
- Is a team-oriented individual with good interaction / communication skills.
- Is able to lift loads up to 50 lbs.
- Has a High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training related to industrial electricity from vocational or trade school is a plus.
- Is authorized to work in the U.S.
This person will be required to attend Lantech Electrical Advancement Program (LEAP)
