Job Highlights
- Lead the integration and divestiture activities for the logistics area including pre and post signing activities through systems integration for LANXESS North America.
- Will act as the process manager for the Logistics & Inventory workstream, interacting with process managers from all other LANXESS workstreams (locally and globally) to identify problems, resolutions, and perform system testing activities for LANXESS North America.
- Training end users on new processes/procedures and monitor/measure adherence to those procedures.
- Defining and implementing consistent metrics allowing for efficient controlling and steering of logistics processes.
- Insuring that logistic processes and procedures are established and maintained within the Lanxess document management system.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or Business degree plus applicable experience and at least 5 years of logistics related experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Must be adaptive and able to multi-task
- Must be able to travel, up to 10% may be required
- SAP experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
