Job Highlights
- Develop strategic initiatives for the continuous improvement of the site
- Provide functional leadership for all capital projects
- Provide leadership guidance to the manufacturing teams on the Oxone™ unit in a professional manner

- Promote and enforce established HSEQ policies and procedures, prevent recordable injuries and environmental incidents throughout the site
- Coordinate with other functions inside the BL to ensure smooth operations and fulfillment of production goals
- Responsible fulfillment of all quality systems/ policies as well as legal and EHS requirements

- Responsible for managing legislative and organizational compliance, process hazard analysis, permits, ISO systems 9001/14001 and representing the manufacturing sites in all internal and external audits
- Drive compliance with LANXESS HSEQ policies and procedures with agreed timelines
- Maintain Core Values: safety and health, environmental stewardship, highest ethical behavior, and respect for people
- Maintain an operational discipline across all functions
Requirements
- Min. Education required: MBA / Master’s degree in Chemistry / Engineering
- 3 - 5 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in a similar manufacturing environment
- Experience in Process Safety Management
- Experience managing the manufacturing budget and fulfillment of the budget targets and overseeing the effective use of third-party tolling suppliers
- Ability to establish manufacturing standards and KPIs on the manufacturing units
