Our Entry-Level Plumbers and helpers work Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm, and earn competitive entry-level wages while completing on-the-job training. Our licensed plumbing technicians earn generous revenue-sharing bonuses and SPIFFS based on other numbers such as positive customer feedback and can earn over $85,000 per year! You go out in the field to help install, maintain, diagnose, and repair heating, plumbing, and drainage systems for both commercial and residential clients. Whether it's completing quality work or effectively communicating with the customer, the more experienced plumbing technicians show you how it's done. You are a hard worker who is attentive and does whatever is asked of you. This is in order to expand your knowledge and skills and includes spending some of your time taking classes. QUALIFICATIONS TO BE AN ENTRY-LEVEL PLUMBER

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• An insurable driving record
• No experience necessary
• Can pass a drug test
• Be mechanically inclined and have a knack for customer service
• Comfortable working from a 28' extension ladder, 12' step ladders, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
• Capable of lifting/moving objects up to 100 lbs
