The JOB: System Support Analyst

Maintain and install personal computers, POS stations, printers, and peripherals. Support internal users with computer related issues. Support PMS and POS systems, administrative MS Active directory and Vmware.

Reports To: Director of Information Technology

Requirements

Essential:

1. High School graduate

2. Fluency in English both written and verbal

3. Expert with MS Windows 10, Server 2012 & 2016

4. Proficient in administrating Vmware 6.5

5. Troubleshoot workstation connection issues over TCP/IP

6. Good customer service skills and patience

7. Ability to:

a. Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy

b. Document, prioritize, and organize

c. Be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolve problems using good judgement

d. Demonstrate initiative to resolve technical issues

e. Assist with IT-related projects

f. Work cohesively with coworkers as part of a team

g. Work with minimal supervision

h. Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data

Required Experience:

1. 4 years professional experience servicing PC’s, servers, and printers

2. 2 years professional experience administrating Active Directory

3. 1 year experience with Vmware environments
