Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as FOH Crew Members in our restaurant. As a FOH, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and serving food
- Operate the TOAST POS system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Follow all safety and health regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Must be able to work well in a team and follow instructions
