What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Coordinator position at Largo Residence Inn by Marriott?
Tharaldson Hospitality Management's Decatur office has a professional work environment that is upbeat and fast-paced. The THM Decatur office is currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator to assist in our payroll department.
The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and previous payroll experience is preferred.
We are looking for someone who loves to talk to people, has an outgoing personality, a great communicator, and eagerness to learn!
The job duties include, but not limited to:
- Submitting accurate payroll files through our third-party payroll company
- Keeping track of employee paid time off
- Maintaining accurate employee records, process termination checks, issue, and record pay-related adjustments, and submit appropriate files to all 3rd party vendors.
The primary duties of this position will focus on:
- Processing new hire paperwork, terminations, address changes, and wage changes.
- Completing requests from 3rd parties, such as benefits enrollment and employee verifications.
- Resolving issues in a professional manner and work in a team environment with on location and off-site personnel.
Requirements:
Must be able to work full-time (8am-5pm) Monday-Friday.
Must have prior customer service experience.
Must have reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
