DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS AND INTAKE SERVICES -BEHAVIORAL HEALTH HOSPITAL
LOCATION: Central Ohio
COMPENSATION: Salary Range : $100K - $110K plus excellent Benefits and Relocation Assistance if required
Responsible for the overall quality and delivery of patient/client care for the Intake Department. Plans, organizes, implements and directs the provision of services in the department. Supervises department staff. Ensures quality patient/client care that is following regulatory requirements, professional standards and the facility’s policies and procedures. Participates in continuous quality improvement activities. Collaborate with Business Office, Business Development, Utilization Management, HIM and Nursing.

Education
- Required: Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or other mental health field. May have a bachelor’s degree in nursing, with current state of employment license as a Registered Nurse. CPR and hospital-selected de-escalation technique certification.
- Preferred: Current clinical license in the state of employment.
- Maintains education and development appropriate for position.
- Required: Five (5) years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
