An AmLaw 30 company is looking for an IP Litigation Attorney Associate. Associate will help clients maximize and protect the value of their intellectual property.

Responsibilites

  • Dealing with patents, including Patent Litigation, Patent Prosecution and Portfolio Management Section 101, and (F)RAND issues
  • Perform copyright, including Copyright Litigation and Copyright Prosecution and Portfolio Management
  • Conduct IP Audits
  • Counseling in IP matters for corporate transactions

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience
  • Undergrad or masters degree in EE or Computer Science OR relevant work experience in computer software
  • Must be a candidate coming from an AmLaw 100 firm
