Job Posting for Assistant to the Director of Operations at Las Campanas Master Association
Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Assistant to the Director is responsible for a wide range of tasks in support of daily operations as well as special projects assigned by the Director of Operations.
This position is 100% on site.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Excellent time management.
Ability to prioritize tasks and projects.
Three to five years of construction or facility maintenance experience preferred.
Valid NM Driver’s License. Must have reliable transportation.
Computer literate and internet proficient.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by tactfully interacting with property owners, vendors, and contractors.
Answer incoming calls and respond to all email and phone inquiries.
Complete bi-weekly payroll and submit it to finance on time.
Review invoices for accuracy and submit them to finance promptly.
Coordinate with Safety and Security for traffic control while work is conducted on sites and roads.
Conduct research and analysis for upcoming projects (conducted in the office and field)
Establish and manage file storage, retention systems, and department record procedures.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
