Director of Supply Chain Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Supply Chain Operations, including, Planning, Procurement, and Customer Service
- Develop and implement supply strategy to enable business to meet objectives on revenue growth, margin expansion and net working capital
- Responsible for relationships with key suppliers and business partners, managing day to day activities, as well as lead strategic initiatives around contracts and pricing
- Define and oversee operations KPIs and scorecards
- Utilize data monitoring and analytics to evaluate past performance and trends
- Responsible for overseeing the S&OP process to deliver best in class customer service while minimizing inventory requirements
- Partner with other functions on new product development and existing product maintenance
- Oversee and guide your team’s daily tasks to ensure productivity and seamless alignment with team and company objectives
- Develop and publish guides for operations processes and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics, or supply chain, or related field
- 10 years proven experience in supply chain, customer success, demand planning
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- CPG experience is preferred
