Management and Construction Solutions Inc, an industry leader in the management of construction upgrades and installations of large industrial projects, is looking for an experienced Document Control Lead. This is a full time year round position with an 18 month assignment in Skowhegan, ME. Permanent relocation is not required but onsite work is required for 20-25 days per month. A per diem allowance for housing and food as well as compensated travel between site and home are provided.

A per diem allowance for housing and food as well as compensated travel between site and home are provided.
Duties Include
- Receiving/cataloging/maintaining and dispensing all project documents for a $400M project
- 10 years’ experience in the industrial construction field or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and SharePoint
- Knowledge of Bluebeam, Adobe and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Ability to think critically and independently to make sound decisions
- Extreme organization is critical for success
- Hourly, depending on experience, starting at $40. This is a non-exempt position, so overtime hours are paid at 1.5x base rate. Anticipated workload of 50 hours per week for 2023.
- Per diem allowance for housing and food provided
- Compensable travel time between site and home, every third week
