Printing Production

As we grow, we are looking to add hard-working, team-oriented people to our print shop production team. This team is the most important part of our business, as they are responsible for printing, finishing, and packaging our creative designs and making sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their product. Members of this team must be extremely detail-oriented and strive for the highest quality in their work. This person also must be willing to learn new skills, as we use some of the largest and most unique printing equipment in the world.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operating finishing equipment (laminators, sewing machine, edge welder, grommeter, vinyl plotters)
• Maintaining equipment with daily and weekly maintenance tasks
• Following Work Orders to meet exact customer specifications
• Packaging jobs efficiently and securely to avoid damage in shipping or delivery
• Packaging finished jobs to be picked up by clients or installed by our installation team

Required Attitudes:

• Must be team-oriented and willing to help others get jobs done
• Must be willing to work extended hours during busy peak periods
• Must be willing to learn new skills and open to new ideas
• Must work to become an expert in your role to get the job done on-time and without mistakes
• Must be well-organized and highly detail-oriented (1/16" of an inch matters in this business!)
• Must be timely and reliable (our team needs all members fully present and dedicated in order to succeed)

Skills/Work Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Resume required
• Experience working within a team preferred
• Experience in print industry preferred

This job starts with hourly pay from $18-22/hr depending upon experience. Overtime pay is available at 1.5x your hourly rate, as well as monthly bonus that could potentially add over $3,000 to your annual income.
