Residential Supervisor - Children's Program
As a Residential Supervisor, you will manage the interdisciplinary team providing residential support for students to promote a positive, healthy, safe living environment for students and staff. High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and clean driving are all required for this position. Must have strong therapeutic behavior management skills and exhibit ambulatory ability sufficient to physically intervene in instances of extreme behavior that might jeopardize the safety of students and staff.
Schedule: 40 hours a week with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop staff including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Support all functions that attain and maintain accreditation and compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Oversee service planning and associated documentation.
- Develop outcome measures for residential programs through data collection, i.e., IEPs, life skills assessments, and other evaluations.
- Ensure program compliance with regulatory/licensing authorities such as DMR, OCCS, QUEST, specifically; staff training, behavior management, writing quarterly and annual reports, data collection, IEPs, ISPs, money management, and staff evaluations.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with staff and administration.
- Provide emergency backup for the program.
- Actively participate in team meetings and supervision.
- Provide therapeutic crisis intervention when needed.
- Coordinate training schedules and maintain pertinent records.
- Assist in program development and design.
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Children’s Services.
