Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to make critical decisions.

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care.

- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support

- Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection control policies and procedures

- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and protocols

Qualifications:

- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN)

- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards of care

- Proficient in medication administration.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make critical decisions

- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively within a team

- Aseptic technique proficiency
