What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Automation Engineer position at Latitude Inc?
We have a growing need for a troubleshooting and building automation technicians with the following requirements and capabilities:
\n- Remote 25%-50%, Travel 50%-75%
- Conduct preventative maintenance of complex instruments and follow testing procedures to ensure proper operation.
- Diagnose and repair the instruments as required.
- As needed, conduct on-site maintenance visits across the US and international vender locations.
- Complete and submit detailed service reports.
- Fix troubleshooting BAS and HVAC systems within large facilities.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Has at least 5 years of experience.
- Have a Top Secret Clearance.
- MUST have the ability to travel overseas at least 50%.
- Experience troubleshooting HVAC systems.
- Has the ability to read and modify Building Automation System graphics.
- Experience conducting work within federal facilities is preferred.
