Job Title: JR Manufacturing Technician

Position Type: Contract to Hire (6 months)
Salary: $20-$23 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assemble and test electronic components, focusing on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and production.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of product excellence.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in working with PCBs and reading blueprints is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
