Content Management/Data Analytics
Candidate must reside or willing to relocate to Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, or West Virginia.
\n- Identify complex data patterns and inconsistencies through data analysis and data mining.
- Provide input to and interpret business requirements and determines optimum BI solutions to meet needs.
- Identify and investigate reporting processes that are inefficient, identify reporting automation opportunities, implement streamlined reporting processes, and ensuring data integrity.
- Design, implement, and maintain code in development, test, and production environments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of projects, processes, and programs by using analytics to compare results with baselines.
- Manage the rhythm of the business ensuring performance results are prepared on time, business drivers are identified, and flag business trends that can impact forecast.
- Develop methodologies to improve data analysis and/or processes.
- Demonstrates an informed knowledge, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of digital marketing/e-commerce to resolve problems and understand business trends.
- 10 years of related experience.
- Have the ability to provide high-level system administration and user support of Hyland Perceptive Content management suite.
- Have the ability to provide strategic technical leadership for content management and data analytics.
- Experience using Business Intelligence Applications such as Tablaeu and Cognos.
- Experience using Deltek Costpoint is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, principles, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with NASA is a plus.
- Hyland Content Management skills is a plus.
