Salary: $130,000 - 160,000/year
This position allows for 2-3 days per week remote / work from home
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Management
Responsible for the successful implementation of new modules and new systems from estimation through launch and maintenance, inclusive of programmatic rollout inclusive of planning and working with appropriate departments to implement training, communications, etc
Develop a broad understanding of the capabilities and functionality associated with each application in order to guide consistent system design and development which aligns with EHS metrics and regulatory requirements
Oversee routing and approval of messaging and content from key stakeholders, business teams and legal partners. Consolidate feedback and present to the Applications Leadership timely for accurate decision making
Manages project implementation schedule to include all deliverables, budget constraints, and tracking project deadlines
Fully engage subject matter experts, stakeholders, and external resources to develop a strong understanding of scope, roadmaps and timelines
Strong ability to negotiate conflicting input and/or feedback amongst stakeholders to reach mutually agreed upon outcomes
Develop a strong understanding of the workflow process
Pull key stakeholders in at the right time for awareness and approvals as needed to keep leaders and partners aligned
Manage sustainment projects on-quality (tactical), on-time and on-budget
Project Lifecycle Management (small or large)
Lead or participate in project kickoff, presenting key deliverables, initial spec sheets, timeline, and budgets
Accountable for staying within agreed upon budget and informing all parties of any changes to scope, assumptions and issues that arise
Monitors project budgets and schedules daily
Manages and updates project work-back schedules and all project change orders
Identifies and proactively resolves any deliverables that might fall behind schedule or outside of the regulatory expectations
Manages tactical quality of all client partner deliverables
Ensures smooth handoff of deliverables from vendors
Partner Experience Development
Drive enhanced communication and decision making through project plans to build awareness of the EHS business processes and practices, to enhance efficiencies and support overall compliance with EHS initiatives, while maintaining the scope of the project
Advocate for the end user experience on cross-functional projects to ensure clear regulatory expectations as well as functional ease of use
Conduct analysis as needed to determine best path for solving business problems, with opportunities which may include process improvement, system enhancements, user training, and/or enhanced data analytics
Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities
Performs other duties as assigned
