Main Points
  • Salary: 55k-65k 
  • This position is fully on-site.
  • Want someone who has sold HW or automation control systems. 4 years of experience
  • Inside sales oriented 
  • Collecting Sales Lead, Cold calls, POC for clients, supporting sales managers
  • Hubspot experience required
  • Limited travel, there a couple trade shows per year

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Address all product-related queries on time
  • Train customers to use products effectively
  • Provide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products
  • Report on product performance
  • Preparing quotes for customers and ensuring accuracy in purchase orders.
  • Documenting and following up on leads generated from trade shows.
  • Keeping customer and sales information updated in the CRM system.
  • Identify solutions to reduce support costs
  • Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
  • Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales
  • Establish best practices
  • Keep track of sales performance metrics


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field a bonus (ex. Engineering)
  • Previous inside sales experience a bonus
  • Experience with PLC, HMI (hardware, software), and SCADA (software)
