We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented web graphic design & social media specialist to create and maintain a relevant aesthetic for our website. The web graphic design & social media specialist is responsible for working to ensure that the website is functional while attractive.
You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties. Your passion for social media as a communications tool will result in the adoption and implementation of social media best practices across all social media channels. The creation of content/videos to post on a regular basis to help support growth and enginuity for all Laugh & Learn Therapy clinics
To be successful as a web graphic design & social media specialist you must have a good understanding of front-end and back-end coding to create functions that work and look appealing. A top-notch web graphic design specialist is both technically-minded and design-oriented. You will be an active participant in data collection and analysis in order to consistently improve the company’s social media practices over time.
Engage, support and manage all Laugh & Learn Therapy internal, external & fundraising events. Including the purchasing of inventory items, photos, videos, project management of all events from beginning to end, etc....The creation of the company's monthly newsletter and more duties as assigned.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Design and develop marketing materials
- Liaise and correspond with outside vendors and suppliers
- Monitor production of marketing materials
- Oversee distribution of marketing materials
- Draft press and media releases
- Liaise with public relations and media contacts
- Help prepare and conduct product presentations
- Help plan, coordinate and participate in marketing events
- Execute direct marketing campaigns
- Prepare online marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends
- Monitor and assess customer feedback
- Maintain customer information
- Collect and analyze sales data to prepare marketing reports
- Track, coordinate and assemble data to measure outcomes of marketing programs
- Ensure marketing activities comply with state and federal regulations
Web Graphic Designer Responsibilities
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs
- Working with developers and designers to create a design strategy
- Selecting and editing images for websites
- Choosing fonts and color schemes for websites
- Testing sites to ensure that they are working correctly
- Keeping abreast of image editing software innovations
- Maintaining coding knowledge through extra training
Social Media Specialist Responsibilities
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Managing the volume of daily social media posts
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
- Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
- Performing other duties when needed
Marketing - Web Graphic Design & Social Media Specialist Requirements:
- A degree in design, graphic design, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Training in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Typescript, Atom.io, Jira, and Git
- 3 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content
- Must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
- Experience using various analytics software
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
Salary : $39,300 - $49,800
