Our Kalispell dealership sits in the heart of the beautiful Flathead Valley, in addition to our Great Falls dealership, located conveniently in central Montana on the Missouri River. Launch is currently expanding its operations to include summer boat rentals and convenience services to boaters and residents at Holter Lake! We are located and operating out of The Boat Loft.

You are an outgoing individual with strong interpersonal skills who is looking for a short-term summer position in a laid-back, enjoyable and relaxing environment!
What You Will Do
As a Rental/Dock Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring all dock and rental operations. Other responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers with a friendly, welcoming smile
- Covering and explaining the rental agreement while answering any questions prior to the rental boat being issued
- Obtaining signatures, copies of driver’s licenses and all other necessary documentation from the responsible party renting the boat
- Explaining proper usage of boat prior to the rental being issued
- Issuing of safety equipment and other accessories before sendoff with the rental boat
- Accounting for safety equipment and all other accessories following rental
- Ensuring rental fleet is equipped with all required safety equipment
- Ensuring rental fleet is always kept clean and thoroughly cleaned between rentals and at the beginning/end of each day
- Inspecting rental fleet with the customer(s) following rental to look for and document any flaws, damage, etc.
- Reporting flaws, damage, etc. to upper management
- Greeting customers at the fuel dock and helping tie up boats going to and from The Inlet
- Dispensing and tracking fuel at the fuel dock
Requirements
Prior experience working in a customer service role or marina setting is preferred, but not required. All applicants must be reliable, accountable and able to maintain a flexible schedule. Other requirements include:
