Launch Watersports is Montana’s largest, fastest growing marine dealership with two locations across the state. Our Kalispell dealership sits in the heart of the beautiful Flathead Valley, in addition to our Great Falls dealership, located conveniently in central Montana on the Missouri River. Who You Are

You are a self-motivated, organized individual with strong technical and communication skills who is looking for the opportunity to gain long-term employment with a progressive, expanding company. You want to learn and grow with us while ensuring all Launch service customers leave with a desire to return.

What You Will Do

As the Service Advisor, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns about their boats and advising them on the best course of action. Other responsibilities include:

• Preparing repair orders and providing accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs
• Communicating with technicians regarding repair orders
• Following up on repair/maintenance progress with customers and notifying when work is complete
• Reviewing and explaining repairs/maintenance and associated costs with customers
• Submitting and managing warranty claims
• Working with the Parts Manager to ensure parts are ordered for repair orders
• Providing customers with a positive experience and ensuring their satisfaction
• Generating and upselling service work to drive revenue to the Service Department
• Communicating effectively with the Service Manager

Requirements

Prior experience working in the marine industry as an advisor, or a similar role is preferred. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Other requirements include:

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
