The OPS Support Lead enjoys supporting a dynamic and high energy environment. They will be responsible for supporting all our company-owned retail stores in compliance with our Brand Operating Standards and playing a key role in bringing our Laundry-4U Experience alive for our customers. You’ll take pride in your work and work closely with our Corporate HR, Talent, and Sales Leadership Team to plan and execute Brand Operating Standards with Excellence. Responsibilities
- Report to the Operations Coordinator.
- Assist the Operations Coordinator with store inventory reporting.
- Assist the Operations Coordinator with data input, collection, and analysis.
- Create and manage schedule for Ops Support Team.
- Interview and evaluate prospective Ops Support Team candidates.
- Work in collaboration with Operations Coordinator in issuing disciplinary action to Ops Support Assistants when necessary.
- Provide both initial and ongoing training to Ops Support Team.
- Work side-by-side with Ops Support Team during peak traffic times (Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
- Serve as primary contact for Ops Support Team for inquiries and emergencies by being “on-call.”.
- Monitor store operations and security through CCTV to ensure day-to-day efficiency and loss prevention.
- Delegate and plan for investigations.
- Monitor store alarm systems.
- Assist store-level employees by answering questions regarding day-to-day responsibilities.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email as they come in.
- Report employee conduct infractions as they occur.
- Remotely fill all open shifts at the store-level, if necessary, by contacting employees.
- Report/communicate company operations issues as they arise to management.
- Quickly respond to emergency situations as they occur.
- Create systems to further enhance efficiency.
- Answer and create responses to customers complaints and inquires.
- Assist the Operations Coordinator with day-to-day tasks.
- Create preventative systems or procedures to reduce liability, risk, and loss prevention.
- Work in collaboration with team leads at the store level.
- Ensuring stores are upholding Laundry-4U standards through brand and operations compliance.
- Must have 3 years of customer service experience.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience or supervisory role.
- Proficient computer skills required.
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Must be able to be on call.
- Must be available Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
- Able to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Must be available for weekday training and monthly meetings.
- Experience in loss prevention is a plus.
- A general operating knowledge of retail CCTV systems is a plus.
- 1 -2 year of assets protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment is a plus.

Shift times
- Morning shift: 8:30AM-4:30PM-REQUIRED
- Afternoon shift: 4:30PM-12:30AM -REQUIRED
- Overnight shift: 12:30AM-8:30AM-REQUIRED
- Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 2:30pm-10:30pm -REQUIRED.
- Weekends- REQUIRED
