Laura Lynn's Home Care is an award-winning, family-owned home care agency based in Oklahoma City. We are currently looking for dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Certified Home Health Aides and Long Term Care Aides to provide in-home care assistance to seniors and individuals with disabilities to maintain their independence by assisting with activities of daily living. As a CHHA or LTCA with our agency, you will build meaningful relationships while making a positive impact within your own community.
We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time weekday positions

Your Role:
Build meaningful relationships with clients through friendly visits and conversation
Assist with activities of daily living
Provide personal care services like bathing, grooming, dressing
Assist with meal preparation, medication, light housekeeping
Monitor and document changes in condition
Accompany clients to medical appointments
Transport clients for errands and social engagements
Provide companionship, safety supervision
Enable clients to remain independent in their homes

Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Must be a CHHA or CNA with a valid certification through the state of Oklahoma
Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
Pass state required background check
CPR certification
Negative TB test within the last 12 months
Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 50 pounds
Proven experience in personal care and/or home care
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
