  • Assist with construction and maintenance tasks on water system projects, including digging trenches, installing pipes, backfilling, etc..
  • Preferred Experience: Class A CDL and equipment operation skills (e.g., excavators, backhoes) desired. Approximately 50% of role can involve these tasks; remaining 50% is general construction labor.
  • Operate hand and power tools to assist with various tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, and drilling.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
  • Assist skilled tradespeople, such as plumbers, welders, and pipefitters, with tasks as needed.
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the project.

We offer competitive wages with benefits – health insurance, vacation, paid holidays and 401(k) plan. Wage will be based on experience and job performance. Prevailing wage work is possible. Must be punctual and reliable. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and physical. Random drug testing also performed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
