Day Spa - Guest Experience & Membership Growth

We desire someone to provide an extremely positive and memorable guest experience. In this role you will be responsible for MEMBERSHIP SALES and delivering top-notch customer satisfaction in a professional, high-volume therapeutic massage center.

SCHEDULE:

We have a position available that would be responsible for the center during peak times, including weekends, and some weekday evenings averaging about 20 hours a week

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales

• Meet goals for membership sales

• Effectively promote and sell retail products
• Recommend enhancements and upgrades to client services

• Drive seasonal promotions

Guest Scheduling

• Have a friendly, welcoming phone presence

• Be extremely detail-oriented to efficiently book appointments

• Be able to prioritize and multi-task to manage high-volume calls

• Maintain thorough and accurate client notes

Guest Relations

• Have a genuine interest in getting to know clients

• Be able to converse with and connect to clients of different ages and backgrounds

• Ensure clients are cared for, from the minute they walk through the door to the time that they leave the center

Teamwork

• We help each other help our guests, and it is a core part of our approach to provide a seamless experience. Thus, ability to work effectively and positively with massage therapists and estheticians.
