Civil Defense Law Firm is seeking an Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience. Medical malpractice and/or nursing home defense experience preferred.
Job responsibilities include independent case management, conducting depositions and discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, client reporting, mediations, trial preparation and trial.
