Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages accurately
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
- Train and supervise front office staff, including receptionists and concierge personnel
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed
Experience:
- Must be an OnQ expert (Minimum 3 years Experience).
- 3 years of Front Office Supervisor or Managerial experience in lifestyle, extended stay or select-service properties.
