Immigration Legal Assistant
Our office is currently looking for a legal assistant with full knowledge and experience with immigration processes. Ideal candidates must be Bilingual in English and Spanish and must have at least one year of immigration experience in deportation/removal proceedings. The ideal candidate should be familiar with immigration forms I-589: (Asylums, Withholding of removal), I-765, I-485 Adjustment of status, 42A, 42B, and other family-based immigration remedies.

Duties Include: Meeting with clients to locate, obtain and preserve client's documentation.
