Job Posting for Immigration Attorney at LAW OFFICE OF MANUEL SOLIS
National law firm seeks bilingual attorneys (SPANISH and ENGLISH) for its office in Denver Colorado. Must be interested in working on immigration law cases in the courtroom. Immigration law experience preferred, but not required. Courtroom experience a plus.
All candidates must be licensed to practice law in least one U.S. State and/or Puerto Rico.
The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
Interested in working with Hearings in Immigration law
Court experience required
Candidates must be thorough, able to work independently, and enjoy working with people.
Must possess extensive experience with all immigration applications and visas.
Must possess experience in high-volume business immigration work environment.
Must be proficient in legal research, word processing and document databases.
Be able to resolve and troubleshoot complex legal issues.
Draft complex case matters including support letters, audit responses and appeals.
Organize, plan and schedule cases on priority basis.
