The Law Offices of Mark J Devine is seeking an experienced paralegal to join the Immigration practice group in the Charleston, SC office. Responsibilities will include preparing filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and immigration court, drafting affidavits, communicating with attorneys and clients, completing forms, gathering facts and evidence to support our clients’ applications and motions, drafting declarations, and more. All candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills. Experience using Microsoft Office products preferred. Successful candidates should be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a minimum of a High School diploma or a Paralegal Certificate will be considered. CANDIDATES MUST BE BILINGUAL English/Spanish. Come join a great team of individuals!

This will be an IN PERSON position.

Must have Immigration Law experience

Pay TBD based on Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
