Growing Northern New Jersey Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a motivated individual with experience working in a Personal Injury Law Firm to do the initial intake and consultation with new clients.

Experience with Neos/Needles case management system a Plus!!!

Bi-Lingual a MUST!!!

Must be compassionate and comforting. This person will usually be speaking with people who have suffered a tragic loss or severe injury and our intake coordinator must be able to convey empathy and caring over the phone.

Must have a great “phone personality” – the person’s tone of voice must be friendly and welcoming

Must be detail-oriented and well organized, as the position will require extensive data input and follow up.

Job duties will include:

Answering all new case intakes by phone, by email, by chat, etc.

Obtaining basic information about each new case and client.

Entering all information into our case intake and case management systems.

Following up with potential clients as necessary.

Tracking and managing all intakes.

Handling all declines and case sign-ups as necessary.

Other responsibilities to be discussed as the position develops.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
