Job Summary:
At Carlos Cruz Law, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant at our established firm in Brea. Carlos Cruz Law has been serving the community for over 20 years. With office locations in the vibrant cities of Alhambra and Brea, this is an excellent opportunity for career growth in a supportive environment. Duties include answering phones, checking in clients, taking payments, and other clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills with an ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with an excellent attitude
- Ability to work independently when needed.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
