Requirements:
Experienced in the area of workers' compensation
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Proficient with EAMS
Must be able to work independently
Responsibilities include:
Drafting various types of correspondence such as opening letters to new clients, closing letters, Advocacy letters, letters requesting information, appointment notices, hearing notices, etc.
Filing new applications, amend applications, Petitions to Reopen, 5710 Fee Petitions, Stipulations and C&R documents, Declarations of Readiness to Proceed, etc.
Conduct new client intakes and schedule appointments
Create case files for clients by entering information onto database as well as organizing any and all documents efficiently for new and existing physical files
Communicate with clients, adjusters, defense attorneys, and doctor offices providing or requesting information or status on pending issues
Request QME panels and issue applicants attorney strike.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
