We are currently seeking a detail-oriented loan processor/closer for loan closing department. The ideal candidate will have 1 years of mortgage processing and loan closing experience, a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of providing solutions. CEMA experience a must.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 plus years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor/Closer or in a similar role with loan processing/document preparation preferred.
- Knowledge of loan origination processes and mortgage servicing.
- Familiarity with escrow procedures and calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic math calculations and 10-key typing.
- Ability to work independently and and as part of a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Associate's Degree or higher required.
