Expanding law firm is seeking a motivated, Illinois licensed bankruptcy attorney to work out of our Woodridge, IL location.

This immediate opening is an exciting and unique opportunity for the right candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy experience
  • Both courtroom and client intake experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Comfortable dealing directly with new clients in person and by phone/Zoom
  • Ability to work in a hybrid wok environment - 2 days in the office, 3 days working remotely
