Job Duties:

  • Take lead in preparing invoices and sending to clients for payment as well as taking payments and setting up recurring payments
  • Interact with clients and attorneys via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage attorney calendars and docket
  • Draft, revise, and edit documents
  • Provide general support to firm attorneys and senior paralegal
  • Filing, scanning and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Manage Clio (the Firm's case management software)
  • Complete intakes with potential new clients
  • Maintain office organization and cleanliness
  • Oversee supplies and advise when reordering is needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Hours: 25-40 hours per week, we are open to one or 2 part-time workers or 1 full-time

Pay: Dependent on experience

Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as at a law firm in a support role, but we are open to training the right person.
Experience with Mac/Apple computers or ability to learn the technology quickly is a must.
Comfortable working independently but also as part of a team
Able to take directions and run with them, asking questions as needed, but overall taking ownership over your role and duties

Position is fully in office, not remote.
