Our current opening starts as part-time and seasonal from February 1st - May 24th (9am - 2pm) with the potential for longer with the right candidate!We need a results-driven customer service / sales representative.

You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer.The most important characteristic of our team is that we love what we do.

Lawn Doctor is a place for people to work better together. Our job is to help our clients and deliver the highest level of customer service.

We treat our clients the way we’d want someone to treat our friends. Monday through Friday (8 hours a day but times are flexible) and some Saturdays during our busy season.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, is friendly, and has excellent communication skills and strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Training will be provided on our software. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable, but not required.Benefits and Perks :

Daily Tasks include :

• Takes inbound call from customers and potential customers
• Makes outbound calls to follow up on estimates and ensure customer satisfaction
• Sells services over the phone
• Handle all emails that come in
• Collection Calls
• Offer new services to customers
• Maintains customer data records
• Processes paperwork from sales and service team members

To land this gig, you need to be ready to work and sell. You don't have to have lawn care experience; we have a firefighter and ex-waitress in our ranks.
