Lawrence Drug is seeking a motivated, caring individual to fill the role of Pharmacy Clerk. The applicant would preferably have at least one year experience as a clerk or technician in a pharmacy or in the healthcare field. A friendly, Team focused, professional individual is required to assume this position in the pharmacy.

More details are as follows:

General Definition The purpose of a PC is to assist our patients as well as our pharmacy team.

General Responsibilities

  • Ordering and maintaining over-the-counter inventory
  • Help patients who are dropping off or picking up prescription orders
  • Correctly process point of sale prescription and over-the-counter transactions
  • At point of sale, verify that customer receives correct prescription(s)
  • Create and update patients health and insurance information in the computer
  • Screen telephone calls for the pharmacists
  • Housekeeping and Material Handling

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.30 - $13.50 per hour
