PRIMARY OBJECTIVE Under the direction of the Director of Admissions Operations and Systems, the Admissions Systems Analyst will support the admissions office through the management, creation, and implementation of processes within the Admissions CRM (Technolutions Slate) and the University student information system (Ellucian Banner).GENERAL Lawrence University, a top-tier college of liberal arts and sciences and conservatory of music, seeks a smart, enthusiastic, creative person who will bring a unique perspective to the admissions team. This position contributes to the greater institutional mission to prepare students for lifelong learning, meaningful citizenship, personal fulfillment and living lives of achievement.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIESOperations and Enhancements- Assist in increasing efficiencies of application processing and daily operations, including implementing new CRM functionality, database testing, new technology initiatives, etc.- Work with admissions leadership team to manage various processes within the admissions CRM related to file review, scholarship review, recruitment travel, event management, decision release, drip marketing campaigns, transfer student population, international students, athletic recruits, non-degree students, etc.- Create, test, and maintain data collection forms, queries, and data imports and exports.Data Management, Imports, and Reporting- Manage the transfer of data between the admissions systems and the University’s student information system.- Maintain data integrity by developing and performing regular comprehensive data audits and clean-up projects.- Process all incoming digital and physical application related credentials (transcripts, test scores, etc).- Accurately import data from external partners and internal stakeholders into admissions CRM system.- Update and analyze data and records in admissions CRM as it relates to prospective students, applications, organizations, organization contacts, community-based organizations, alumni volunteers, student ambassadors, etc.Training and Support- Co-manage internal and external CRM user accounts and permissions.- Coordinate regular CRM training sessions with internal and external constituents.- Provide general administrative data entry support to the admissions team.- Monitor and manage incoming messages sent to admissions operations email inbox.- Assist in the assembling and mailing of various letters, marketing materials, and decision packets.- Perform other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITIES – Experience with CRM or other database management including data entry, auditing, and reporting.- Demonstrated commitment to, and support for, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in student recruitment.- Solution oriented with a demonstrated ability to problem-solve and strong attention to detail.- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once.- Continuous process improvement mindset.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong knowledge of Excel.- Positive attitude to contribute to a fun-loving, fast-moving environment.- Motivation to support colleagues and collaborate on a team.- Intrinsic motivation to accomplish tasks and a desire for consistent quality improvement of work.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 1 year experience with Technolutions Slate.- Experience in a college/university admissions office preferred.TO APPLY Submit a resume and cover letter indicating interest in this position along with references.
