Responsibilities

• Financial Statement Preparation: Performing Compilation and reviews a plus.
• Tax Planning and Compliance: Contribute to tax planning by preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Management Accounting: Contribute to budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning, taking on greater responsibility and autonomy as you gain experience.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships, progressively taking on more independent and advanced responsibilities as experience allows.
• Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry practices, with more experienced accountants guiding and mentoring others.

Qualifications

• A CPA License is a plus.
• Understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
• Technical proficiency in accounting software, QuickBooks, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite (Excel is a must).
• A self-starter with attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a focus on the bigger picture.
• Leader and team player who prioritizes client service and meeting deadlines.
• Strong business acumen, strategic insight, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
