****Do NOT apply if your escrow experience was with anything other than a title company. Mortgage company closers, funders and processors do NOT qualify.

*Apply ONLY if you worked specifically for an actual "Title Company" such as First American Title, Republic Title, Stewart Title, Texas Title, etc. and ONLY if your job title was "Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant with expert experience using SoftPro software."

Knowledgeable, Experienced and able to handle all aspects of a file from beginning to end.

Must be willing to work in an office setting located in Richardson, Tx

Job Duties Include:

1. Opening orders

2. Reviewing/Proofing title commitments received from title plant

3. Curing title issues in order for transaction to be clear to proceed to closing. i.e. order payoffs, order resale certificates, obtain divorce decree, and death certificates.

4. Scheduling closings

5. Communicating with clients, lenders, brokers and borrowers via telephone or email

6. Coordinating/Assembling/Documents for closing

7. Shipping closing packages for funding

8. Recording documents

9. Preparing policy packages

10. Distributing policy packages received from the policy department to intended recipients'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
