Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Representative
We are looking for a positive and professional hotel guest service representative /front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. The ideal candidate has great communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers
Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information
Mitigate customer complaints as needed
As we are an airport location hotel, our shuttle service is a big part of our operation. Keeping in close connect with our drivers is very important. Our guest that request airport pickup are relying on our hotel guest service representative/front desk agent to relay accurate, reliable and timely information for a smooth airport pickup.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
