$15 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:- Perform front desk duties such as greeting visitors, sorting mail, faxing paperwork, and other delegated tasks that may include errands outside the office, as needed
- Update the database and CRM with new client information regularly
- Communicate any requests from clients to the rest of the team so they’re resolved efficiently and the customer is satisfied
- Deliver quality support to everyone from vendors to clients to increase positive customer service ratings
- Create and distribute expense reports each month so that the team is aware of how the budget is being spent

- Able to flag stocks for transactions to address
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Adobe, is mandatory, as well as the ability to learn new software quickly
- Must have high school diploma or GED; 2-year college degree is a plus
- Prior experience as an office assistant or receptionist preferred
- Must be a self-starter and systems builder who can stay focused and work efficiently while multitasking with minimal supervision
- Handles client information discreetly with the highest levels of confidentiality
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
