What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resort Outside Attendant position at Lazydays RV?
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the outside maintenance and upkeep of the resort grounds.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Assist in all park operations
• Escort coaches to site
• Explain park amenities and offer additional assistance
• Contact known salesman or service personnel if needed for guest
• Do hourly site reports
• Do mail runs throughout the day
• Pick up garbage throughout the day
• Assist with park rallies and packages / setting up hall
• Maintain park grounds, Rally Center, and pool area
• Complete minor repairs in all areas as needed
• Clean dog pots
• Handle up-keep of all golf carts
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English
• Background in maintenance
• High level of reasoning ability
• Good customer service skills
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
EDUCATION:
• High school diploma or equivalent
