Representative Activities
- Greets customers and finds them assistance
- Answers phones in a friendly and professional way
- Sends out and distributes incoming mail daily
- Files packing slips in numerical order
- File all purchase orders that are removed from the fax machine
- Keep printers filled with paper
- Distribute all papers on fax/copier to each salesman
- Update all fax and phone numbers
- Separate all tickets to be priced by salesman
- Collect all things for the Corporate envelope
- Run local errands for the office
- Treats co-workers with respect
- Check Credit Applications references
- Keep all price books updated
- Update weekly folder with all price changes / vendor information
- Keep track of all Visa and Cash Sales
- Process all customer credits after approval
- Order all office supplies at the best price
- General letters and spreadsheets in Excel and Word
- Receive all Transfers
- Check all Purchase Order acknowledgements for any Discrepancies and notify Vendors
- Do all Inventory Receipts – Check packing slips to POs and check on all backorders
- Communicate Errors with vendors
- Process RGA/RMA for returns to vendors
- Make labels for all miscellaneous items received and give to warehouse manager
- Run monthly open PO report gather feedback and fix discrepancies and give report to manager
