POSITION SUMMARY
LBMC Technology Solutions is currently seeking a mid-level ERP Project Manager with experience leading, execution and delivery of Business Software Implementations, to grow our consulting practice. Qualified candidates must have a strong project management background with a desire and aptitude for improving business processes and leading business transformations that deliver value to our customers. The Project Manager is a customer facing role in which she/he manages the customer relationship by building and maintaining a level of trust with the customer, serves as a customer advocate and change agent. This position reports to the Director of Project Management.
PRIMARY DUTIES | RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for leading all phases of customer implementations from planning, execution to delivery across LBMC Technology lines of business.
- Works closely with Line of Business Managers and consulting teams to estimate time, costs, and resources required to successfully implement projects.
- Creates and manages project deliverables including detailed project schedules, budgets, communication plans, change requests, issue and risk management.
- Responsible for Vendor Management and alignment vendor deliverables within an integrated schedule.
- Occasional overnight travel will be required dependent upon the project.

QUALIFICATION | SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or related studies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and successful delivery of technology and ERP projects.
- Business Process and Operation leadership experience including:
- Strategic understanding business process improvements and translation of current state to future state.
- Understanding of System, Functional and Solution architecture including data management, integration and security dependencies.
- Experience managing mid-market accounting (ERP) software solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central and CRM is desired.
- Experience within the Manufacturing Industry is desired.
- Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and the impact of digital transformation initiatives on an organization, people and process.
- Experience implementing projects using various Software Development Life Cycle Models (SDLC) including Iterative Waterfall, Rapid Application Software Development (RAD) and Agile.
- Experience developing and managing project budgets.
- Experience working with subject matter experts and creating business requirements for Statement of Works.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, MS Excel, Visio and SharePoint.
- Proficient with Project Management Tools (SmartSheet, MS Project, Other).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Prosci certification is desired.
