What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Accountant position at LBMC Staffing Solutions?
Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant/Construction Accountant to handle multiple duties, including contract administration, AIA and miscellaneous billings, month-end close duties, and review of WIP. This position reports to the Controller and has room for advancement. The ideal candidate will have construction accounting experience, including progress billings, experience with bonds, etc. as well as strong Excel skills. This position is located in Nashville and works in the office.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
